From admissions, to safety protocols, to financial analysis reports and updates, our Logistics service team will work to ensure that our partnership upholds transparency, communication, time management, and overall event operations. We will work closely with the Board as well as volunteers to create a seamless event.

Our Design team will take your imaginations and bring them to life through our creative decorations, strategic object placement, and mood lighting. We aim to use the right tools and skills along with the venue's strengths and limitations to create the ambiance that you envision for your event.

Our Marketing services will streamline public communications, generate content (such as social media posts and storytelling videos) to build awareness and interest for your event and organization. We also believe in the continuity of content creation so we will aim to curate mediums that you can use over and over again.
